Ram Charan Locks RC17 Script

Ram Charan is currently occupied with the shoot of Peddi. Recently, he took a brief break and flew to Dubai, where Sukumar and his team of assistant directors have been working on the final script of RC17, Charan’s next project after Peddi.

Sukumar reportedly gave the final narration of RC17 to Ram Charan in Dubai, and the actor is said to be thoroughly impressed. Although story details remain tightly guarded, the film is expected to explore a genre that is new territory for both the actor and the director.

With the script now locked, RC17 is likely to go on floors after the release of Peddi in March 2026. In the meantime, Sukumar will finalize the remaining cast and crew.

The Peddi team is also set to travel to Delhi soon for a short schedule lasting around four days. The makers aim to wrap up the shoot by late December or mid-January, after which they plan to kick-start the film’s promotions.

Peddi is directed by Buchibabu Sana. A R Rahman is composing music for this film, while Mythri Movie Makers, and Vriddi Cinemas are producing this film. Janhvi Kapoor is the female lead.
