Ustaad Bhagat Singh Eyes April 2026 Release

Ustaad Bhagat Singh, the highly anticipated action entertainer featuring Pawan Kalyan, Raashi Khanna and Sreeleela, is steadily progressing toward completion. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film is set in a cop-backdrop and is being produced on a grand scale by Mythri Movie Makers.

The production team completed shooting Pawan Kalyan’s portions several months ago and is currently filming the remaining sequences. Speaking at the Andhra King Taluka film event in Bengaluru, producer Ravi Shankar shared key updates regarding the film’s timeline. He confirmed that the makers are now aiming for an April 2026 theatrical release.

Initially, the team explored December 2025 and January 2026 as potential release windows. However, December was ruled out due to the tight post-production schedule, while January is already crowded with Sankranthi-season releases. The next feasible slot, March, also posed a challenge as Ram Charan’s Peddi, also produced by Mythri Movie Makers, has already locked its date, making it impractical for the banner to release two major films in the same month. As a result, April emerged as the most strategic choice.

Adding to the excitement, director Harish Shankar recently confirmed that the first single, a party song composed by Devi Sri Prasad, is set to release in the 2nd or 3rd week of December. DSP is said to have delivered a catchy, high-energy number, and fans can look forward to Pawan Kalyan showcasing energetic dance moves reminiscent of his earlier mass hits.
