Samyuktha on board for Akhanda 2

Akhanda 2 is the sequel to the blockbuster film Akhanda, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna. The movie, which released in 2021 during the COVID pandemic, became a huge hit. Following this success, a sequel has been announced. This time, Nandamuri Tejaswini, Balakrishna’s daughter, is co-producing the film.

The team today made an exciting announcement, welcoming the talented and beautiful Samyuktha Menon onboard. She is considered a lucky charm by the audience, known for selecting scripts that turn into blockbusters. Her addition to the film has further heightened the excitement around the sequel. Additionally, the blockbuster music director Thaman is composing the music for the sequel as well.

The team recently shot some scenes at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, and director Boyapati Srinu was seen scouting locations for the film in Krishna district. The film is expected to commence shooting soon, with the release date already set for September 25th.
