Prabhas-Hanu Raghavapudi shooting update

Pan-India star Prabhas is currently working on a period film under the direction of Hanu Raghavapudi, best known for his work in Sita Ramam. Titled Fauji (working title), the film marks the debut of Imanvi, who plays the female lead.

While the makers have kept plot details under wraps, reports suggest that Fauji is set during the pre-independence era, amidst the backdrop of World War II. It is speculated that Prabhas plays a soldier in the Indian Army, although no official confirmation has been made regarding his role.

Currently, around 50% of the shoot is complete. The team is filming key portions on elaborate sets erected in Rajamouli Film City. Director Hanu Raghavapudi is aiming to wrap up production by April 2026.

Prabhas is simultaneously juggling two major projects Raja Saab and Fauji. Once both films are wrapped, he will shift focus to Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The buzz surrounding Spirit is already high, with fans eagerly awaiting the collaboration between the Animal director and the Baahubali star.
