Mohanlal in Talks to Lead Major Ravi’s ‘Pahalgam Op Sindoor’

Veteran actor Mohanlal is reportedly in advanced discussions to headline director-filmmaker Major Ravi’s next film titled Pahalgam Op Sindoor. The announcement coincided with the script pooja ceremony held at the Mookambika Temple, where the project was formally introduced by the production house Presidential Movies International Pvt Ltd.

The film takes its inspiration from the real-life Pahalgam terror attack (April 2025) and India’s subsequent military operation “Operation Sindoor”. If confirmed, this collaboration would mark the sixth pairing between Mohanlal and Major Ravi, following titles such as Keerthichakra, Kurukshetra, Kandahar, 1971: Beyond Borders and Karma Yodha.

While the casting has not been officially locked, the indications are strong and fans will be eagerly waiting for a formal confirmation from Mohanlal’s team.
