Jr NTR Fans Demand Action Against Anantapur MLA, Warn of ‘Chalo Anantapur’ Protest

Jr NTR fans today held a press meet in Hyderabad to discuss their response to the controversial comments made by Anantapur TDP MLA Daggubati Prasad in a leaked phone call.

Fans demanded that the MLA issue a public apology to Jr NTR and be suspended from the Telugu Desam Party. They warned that if no action is taken, they would call for a massive “Chalo Anantapur” protest, mobilizing NTR fans not just from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but from across the country.

One fan said, “We have been patient only because we support the Telugu Desam Party. But if action is not taken, we will play the MLA’s comments across Anantapur.”

Another fan accused the MLA of showing disrespect towards women, alleging that he abused Jr NTR’s mother, who is also the daughter-in-law of late NTR, the party’s founder. “A party that respects women cannot allow such behavior. He must be suspended immediately,” the fan added.
